Shipping:
Please allow our team 2 business days to process, package and ship your order. We will keep you updated on the status of your order. You can find your USPS tracking number located in your shipping notification email.
We care for all our customers; however, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after check out. For information on returns and exchanges please see below.
Please note, Wildflower on Main is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it leaves our boutique.
Returns & Exchanges:
Unused/unworn items with their original tags attached are eligible for return within 21 business days of the date on your receipt. Returns are for store credit or exchange ONLY – no cash, credit or debit cards will be refunded. Exchanges/returns are accepted in store and MUST be accompanied with the original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.
ALL sale items and any discount 40% or more are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Online orders
Online purchases are available to be returned in store or by mail to the return address below. Please include the original invoice with the package.
Order Issues? If you believe you have received incorrect item(s), damaged items, or any missing pieces to your order you MUST contact our store within 5 business days of the package's original delivery date.
Please expect the return process to take 5-7 business days once the package has been delivered to our shop. After the return is received or accepted, the customer will receive an email update regarding the status of the return. All items returned via mail will be exchanged for store credit ONLY.
Please note – Shipping and Handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded (unless it was an error on us). Wildflower on Main is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit.
